FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• What equipment do I need?
  For the training you will need 16oz Boxing gloves, hand wraps, gum shield and groin guard - these can be purchased from your coach.

  For the fight you will need Boxing Shorts, Groin Guard Gum shield and Handwraps. White Collar Heroes will provide a vests, boxing gloves & head guards on the night of the event.

• What are MY responsbilities?
  You are expected to dedicate 8 weeks to training attending as many sessions as possible.

  Also

  • Primarily HAVE FUN!!!
  • Use your "HERO" picture for your Facebook cover image (this will be sent to you)
  • Raise a minimum £50 for Promise Dreams via a just giving page
  • Sell 20 tickets to friends, family & colleagues (standard tickets are £20 & VIP Tables of 10 are £350 including waitress service).
• What if I miss a training session?
  • Obviously we want you to be in the best shape and condition that you can be in, however we do understand that sometimes life gets in the way.  Therefore should you miss a session please try to arrange an extra session with your trainer.  However if you repeatedly miss training we will pull you from the bout for your own safety.
• WHATS NEXT?

We will send you a confirmation text & email to join our Facebook group. This group will have all the updates and information relating to the event you have chosen.

1. You will receive a text from your area rep within 14 days of signing up.
2. We will invite you along to a registration meeting where we will give you all of the information about the process and give you chance to ask any questions.
3. TIME TO WORK!!!
